Feature
The general application of load cells on elevators is bridge load cell and spoke load cell, their application characteristics are mainly distinguished in the installation method. Their working principle is the same, the load cell converts the weight into electric signal through the transmission cable and connects with the controller, and the electronic weighing is realized through the controller and the amplifier, A/D converter and microcontroller operation. When the weight in the car reaches or exceeds 95% or 102% of the set value, the full-load and overload relays in the controller will operate respectively and connect with the elevator control system to make the elevator run safely and reliably.
